We provide strategic advice on complex occupier alternatives, which includes detailed and customized analyses of the financial, accounting and tax implications in support of overall strategy development and implementation. Typically, our analysis focuses on pre-tax and after-tax net present value cash flows, as well as the earnings impacts of various scenarios under GAAP.
